DESCRIPTION
The project is the energy conservation with participation from 26 small and medium industrial plants and business buildings in Lower Central Region of Thailand. The project focuses in the participation of enterprise personnel in energy conservation.
This is by developing and promoting the role of personnel in the workplace that participate in the project to obtain knowledge and understanding in the standard of energy conservation management and take part in expressing ideas as well as managing the energy conservation efficiency and sustain ably to create the worth of energy use and full efficiency of equipment/machine operation.
SERVICE RENDERED
– Prepare plan, schedule, step and procedure for energy conservation promotion;
– Select participated small and medium industrial plants and business buildings which are not the part of controlled plant and building type which have energy saving potential;
– Develop and organize the training program on integrated energy conservation with participation;
– Advise and give suggestion to participated enterprise team worker;
– Monitor the operation results, problems, and obstacles;
– Study and analyze the problems and obstacles, and suggest the improvement guideline and suitable energy conservation measure;
– Evaluate the energy conservation with participation, energy management system, participant satisfaction, and project sustainability;
– Organize the seminar and prepare medias & documents on project operation result.
