DESCRIPTION
The project is to study and design for area development and land allocation to be an industrial area of Amata City Industrial Estate. The total project area covers 4,462 rais (714 hectares) including industrial area of 2,807 rais (449 ha.), commercial and residential area of 387 rais (61 hectares), and infrastructure area of 1,268 rais (203 hectares). The investors will have privileges and exemption or reduction of corporate income tax at optimal level as it is granted by BOI for investment zone 3.
