During 21-22 of September 2015, Mr.Isara Prapasawat the customer relation department manager of COT, on behalf of Thai Council of Engineer (CoE) had attended “Workshop on Feasibility and Implementation of a Centralized Data Bank of an APEC Engineers” at Taipei, Taiwan which was organized by Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC).
