On May 15th 2014 Dr.Quanchai Leepowpanth, Executive Director, jointly opened the second academic seminar for the occasion of the COT 30th anniversary. The seminar, which was on sustainable local development, aimed to share knowledge to various organizations without cost. The speakers in the seminar were Mr.Pongsi Chumsai Na Ayudhaya – Planning Consultant, Mr.Korpong Sripawatakul – Senior Environmental Engineer and Mr.Athidham Kitticharoenluck – Senior Engineer at Chaophrayasurasak City Municipality, Chon Buri province, Thailand.
