Last 15 May 2014, Dr.Quanchai Leepowpanth the executive director had chaired opening of 2nd seminar in the occasion of 30th anniversary of COT establishment on “Sustainable Local Development”at the office of Nakorn Chaophraya Surasak City. The seminar was chaired by Mr. Akom Panchalermchai the mayor of with lecturers of Mr. Pongsri Chumsai Na ayudhya, the senior urban planning advisor, Mr. Korpong Sripawathakul, the senior environmental engineer, and Mr.Atitham Kitticharoenlak, the senior survey engineer.
