DESCRIPTION
The study for prescribe the standard of public utilities and facilities in Land Readjustment (LR) projects planning, the LR projects increase efficiency of land use and improve a good environment in the LR projects area in order to support the expansion of community in future. This project is support the LR implementation of government organization, private sector, and people clearly and accord with the law and has the operational standard suitable to Thailand.
SERVICE RENDERED
• Study and analyze the development zone in Bangkok Metropolitan Administration’s (BMA’s) area:
– Study the 2-development zone which is good quality for residence and communal service;
– Analyze and compare the development zone in BMA’s area.
• Study to propose the standard of LR projects planning:
– Survey and collect related data;
– Study, analyze, and compare the survey and standard data;
– Propose the standard of public utilities and facilities.
