DESCRIPTION

Narathiwat Province is located in the lower south, Gulf of Thailand and Malaysia and covers an area of 4,475 sq.km. The Mueang Narathiwat District covers an area of 313 sq.km. It plays an important role in agricultural production, border trade, travel, transportation and logistics, administration, and service. The Mueang Narathiwat District has had a Comprehensive Plan in place since 2013. In order to be in line with the trend direction of urban expansion, therefore, a Master Plan based on the Comprehensive Plan as well as a Design Specific Area Plan that promotes improvement, rehabilitation, conservation and development at the community/district level must be prepared.


SERVICE RENDERED

  1. Study and summarize primary and secondary data to show roles, strengths, opportunities, weaknesses, and threats of Narathiwat Province and Mueang Narathiwat District.
  2. Prepare a Master Plan to develop the Comprehensive Plan.
  3. Design Specific Area Plan and prepare draft Comprehensive Specific Plan.
  4. Organize workshop and public hearing for the residents and relevant agencies.
  5. Prepare project detailed drawings for construction cost not less than
    50 MB.
  6. Prepare a Geographic Information System (GIS) database.
