DESCRIPTION
The southern region is potential area for economic and tourism development. It is the source of major agricultural and industrial productions, and also the fishing which generated a high value of nation income. The Ministry of Transport is therefore studying the transport infrastructures development to encourage the investment in commercial sector. Furthermore, it also supports the strategic environmental assessment of southern coastal areas. The study results are expected to be used for consideration of agriculture, industry, energy, tourism and transport development with more stability and sustainably.
