DESCRIPTION
This project is for evaluation of projects under the Energy Conservation Plan in project monitoring and evaluation of policies, plans, measures, and projects relevant to energy and energy conservation of the country against success along with key performance indexes. The evaluation will implement at intervals to finalize problems; and recommend solution as well as useful comments for improvement of energy implementation and energy conservation to meet the objectives and target.
SERVICE RENDERED
– Propose evaluation criteria and key performance indexes of success, and prepare KPI dictionary for each type of project;
– Study, analyze, and compare the monitoring & evaluation system with the Fund or other similar organizations;
– Monitor and evaluate performance of implementation plans and projects under the Energy Conservation Plan in 2009-2011;
– Monitor and evaluate in comparative with relevant measures supported and motivated financially in 2005-2011;
– Study, collect, analyze, and evaluate the overall success in phase 3 of Energy Conservation Plan (2005-2011);
– Study, analyze, and recommend policies or alternative for development and improvement of implementation, and priority
ranking of projects for next financial support;
– Study, review, develop, and improve the existing information database system;
– Organize meetings, seminars, and project visits.
