DESCRIPTION
Policy decision making to alter the price of electricity and control the standard of social service quality amongst electrical industries of Thailand and vulnerable groups in societies and the people who earn low-income. This leads to the determination of an actual policy decision making, which is just fair to all sectors of user. Also, it is acceptable to all sectors of user in society. Shortly, this policy decision making study must be completely carried out, in term of altering the price of electricity and service standard. It was said that, the current policy is still lower than baseline of world standard. In this case, the study will carry out and analyze strengths and weaknesses, impacts from the currents policies to all sectors of user. Furthermore, the study will revise duties of government sectors in term of services quality. Additionally, this study will raise the standard by training, developing skills of using equipments and evaluation systems. Moreover, this study open house to offer an opportunity to others sectors to participate in policy decision making, which will affect the quality of people radically. Also, participation will assist and develop Thai Electricalindustries in long term period.

SERVICE RENDERED
The project is to study and review the current policies, measures, and laws in Thailand and the regulations and structures of government organizations related to electricity provisioning in Thailand and in other countries. Data are gathered from various sources, field surveys, and in-depth interviews with executives. Seminars are held in 4 regions of Thailand and Bangkok to obtained opinions from stakeholders. Policy and provisioning measures are then proposed for the accessible electricity service and the vulnerable groups.
