DESCRIPTION
    Aim is to increase capacity for transboundary integrated water resources planning and forecasting of floods and droughts, including early warning of risks and to improve water security. The intention is to support development in the project area taking future flood and drought patterns into account. The Joint Project is a part of the National Indicative Plans of the two countries to implement the Mekong Basin Development Strategy – a cooperative plan to address national, cross-border and regional needs with the support of the Mekong River Commission (MRC).

3. Contribute to the reporting tasks coordinated by the team leader
4. Conduct knowledge transfer trainings
