- The accredit center design concept was to separate athletes’ and non-registered peoples’ circulation for security purposes. The large plaza in front of the building was used to welcome athletes upon arrival. The building’s modern appearance design harmoniously blended Thai Architectural features;
- The student dormitory applied the “convertibility concept,” which focusing on the flexibility of both functions and emphasized on minimal maintenance costs and energy conservation;
- The 2-storey bus terminal building design concept was to be flexible for future modification; therefore the second floor is column-free for convenience in converting the bus terminal into lecture or office rooms. The design also focused on energy conservation and low operation & maintenance cost.
