DESCRIPTION
The project is for conceptual study of the high – income residential zone (phase 2). The project objective was to establish the good with proper land use, housing styles, utilities, and infrastructure for the high income community of approximately 20,000 units with 100,000 residents. The total project area covered approximately 2,800 rais (448 hectares).
