DESCRIPTION
Due to Cabinet Resolution on 5 June 2007 has approved the Capability Improvement of Thai Industry under EU White Paper for three years (2008-2010) amount to 625.67 million Baht. The objective is preparation and support of the EU rules. Thus Thai Industrial Standards Institute (TISI) has been appointed as the responsible project. TISI decided COT to perform monitoring and evaluation of budget spending to meet the Cabinet Resolution or not and to the transparency, efficiency and valuable of budget spending which will benefit to overall economy of the country.

SERVICE RENDERED
– Monitor, analysis, and evaluate the project result of operation, evaluation and budget spending under EU White Paper Program in fiscal year 2009-2010 and overview project evaluation in fiscal year 2008-2010;
– Maintenance the project monitoring database system which was developed in year 2009, and data entry to database system;
– Develop indicator in several levels which are linked and reflected to the outcome of the program / projects;
– Study, analyze, and evaluate ongoing project and find out support and risk factors which are affected to overall project outcome;
– Study the trend of overview on project outcome before and after project operation;
– Study and in-depth analyze for prepare policy suggestions to increase the performance of related industries;
– Organize a study visit in government/private sector which had similar this project;
– Organize a seminar that presented the result of the project evaluation to all relevant in both public and private for co-perception and suggestions;
– Organize training on knowledge and experience about project analysis before and after project operation in macro-level.
