The project is the construction of a6-story reinforced concrete building with 1 helipadand a 2-story basementfor 300 parking spaces.The gross floor area is 34,545 square meters.The interior of the building consists of 1 large television room,2 medium television rooms,2 small television rooms,a 1000 seatsauditorium,2 new media rooms,4 special lounges, 400seatsmeeting room,300 seats food court and1 outdoor studio plaza. The project also includes landscaping works around the building.
