On Thursday 21st of March 2019, the Bureau of Surveying and Design under Department of Highways and COT held 3rd stakeholder meeting at Phon-thong convention room, 101 hotel in Roi-et province for disperse of final study and design of the Interchange design at Highway #23 and #232 intersection (Ban-non-muang Intersection. Engineering design and environmental impact and mitigation measures were presented in the meeting with responsive comments from relevant target groups. Mr. Thawee Chongprasert, Deputy Governor of Roi-et province chaired the meeting which 94 attendants were representatives from government and state enterprise offices, private enterprises, community leaders, local mass media and interested audiences.
