On 21st April 2023 COT and Department of Highways arranged the 1st focus group meeting under Interchanges of Highway No. 4 and Highway No. 4373 (Singkhon Pass) Project (located at Prachuap Khiri Khan province, Western Thailand) to present conceptual formulation of ideas and alternatives of the interchanges at Khlong Wan Subdistrict Administrative Organization office. Around 80 people attended this meeting. Keynote speaker were Dr.Sudathip Tangwongchai, COT Project Manager and Mr.Pontawit Aiemsintorn, COT Environmental Expert.
